Casey & Devoti Files Class Action Against US Fidelis

Casey & Devoti files a class action lawsuit against US Fidelis, one of the largest sellers of extended automobile warranties in the country, alleging violations of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act, a state consumer protection law. In the suit, Plaintiffs allege that US Fidelis uses misrepresentations and omissions of material fact to deceive consumers in the sale of extended automobile warranties.
