Matt Casey, Partner, Partner
Attorney Matt Casey is a fourth-generation St. Louis trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in litigation. Matt’s father, Thomas Casey, founded the firm over 35 years based on the principles of honesty, integrity and strong work ethic. Today, Matt and the attorneys at Casey, Devoti & Brockland practice these core values while delivering high-level personal service and outstanding results for each client.
Prior to joining the firm, Matt Casey worked for a large corporate defense firm, fighting against the individual plaintiffs they represent today. His experience provided him with extensive knowledge of the tactics used against personal injury victims — now, he uses this insight to prepare stronger cases that deliver justice and compensation for Casey Devoti clients.
Attorney Matt Casey is described as smart, tough and honest — he has a firm resolve to get clients the results they deserve, with clear, well-thought-out legal tactics. He is known to place genuine concern for his clients at the forefront of every case. At Casey, Devoti & Brockland, he pushes each case forward with the utmost integrity. His practice expertise covers every facet involved in making a personal injury claim, but his specialty often lies in medical malpractice and product liability claims.
Matt is a lifelong resident of Richmond Heights, Missouri, where he is very active in the community. He is a member of Little Flower Catholic Church, where he also volunteers his time and talents. Like his father before him, Attorney Matt Casey served on the Richmond Heights City Council. He and his wife, Becky, have three children: Evelyn, Henry and Frannie. On his days away from Casey, Devoti & Brockland, Matt enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, or speaking for the “End Distracted Driving” awareness program.
