Statement of Principle
We are proud to be attorneys. We believe that the law is a learned profession and among its goals is the administration of justice. In furthering this goal, we believe that we have a responsibility to assist in assuring all persons and all companies, regardless of size, have access to competent legal representation. We believe that we have a responsibility to be active in the Bar and civil activities.
Our lawyers believe that the practice of law is a profession, not a business. Every lawyer acts both as an advocate for his client and as an officer of the court. We are obligated to act at all times with civility, courtesy, and most importantly, with integrity. All clients are treated with courtesy, patience and respect.
Our lawyers accept only meritorious cases within our field of practice. Once a case has been accepted, we spare no time or expense on the case. Each of our cases is prepared as if the case will be tried. We work diligently and keep our clients informed of the status of their case. Our clients, not the lawyers, make decisions about settlement.
