Matt Devoti Co-Leads National Business Institute Lecture

Casey & Devoti, a St. Louis-based personal injury law firm, is proud to announce partner Matt Devoti was once again selected by the National Institute of Business (NBI) to be a member of the presenting faculty for a National Business Institute (NBI) lecture entitled “Auto Litigation Gone Wrong”.  This is the seventh time Matt has served as a presenting faculty member for the NBI, which provides continuing legal education to professionals throughout the United States.

The video webcast lecture took place in early December 2015. Matt was part of a three-person faculty that presented the daylong lecture from the NBI headquarters in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  Matt covered three sections of the lecture:  “Miscalculation of Pain and Suffering & Exacerbation of Pre-Existing Conditions”, “Wrongful Death Damages: Ineffective Use of Evidence”, and “Negotiation with Insurance Adjusters – Top Attorney Plaintiff Mistakes”.

A National Business Institute video webcast is a continuing education course where the participant attends sitting at their computer, where they can see and hear faculty as they present each topic.
