“I am honored to have been selected to sit on the CFF Gateway Chapter Board of Directors.  This organization has been instrumental in advancing the awareness and treatment of this debilitating disease in the St. Louis area,” said Matt Devoti.  “I look forward to serving on the board and collaborating with the local business community to implement successful fundraising events like The Wine Opener.”

Casey & Devoti has been a strong supporter of the Gateway Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for several years.  Last fall, the firm teamed up with several other local businesses to sponsor the Gateway Chapter’s Annual Wine Opener, which drew a crowd of nearly 400 people and raised almost $70,000 for the foundation.  In addition to sponsoring the event, Matt Devoti personally served on the planning committee and was a key player in helping make the event a success.

This year Matt Devoti has stepped up his hands-on work with the Gateway Chapter of CFF by serving as ‘Co-Host’ for the 2014 Wine Opener.  This year’s annual fundraising event is scheduled for September 19, 2014 and will be held at the Moto Museum in St. Louis.  The event will feature a VIP reception, appetizers, unlimited wine tastings, live and silent auctions and many door prizes.  To learn more sponsorship opportunities or to purchase tickets to the 2014 Wine Opener fundraiser, go to www.gateway.cff.org/wineopener.

“We are excited to take our partnership to the next level by having Matt Devoti serve on the CFF Gateway Board of Directors,” said Matt Casey, partner with Casey and Devoti.  “His appointment has solidified our relationship with the Gateway CF Foundation and we look forward to assisting the foundation for many years to come.”
